Vincent Kent,     Vice Chairman      Vincent Kent managed OKF's highly successful, extensive sales and marketing organization as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Jim Carlberg,      President      With over 30 years experience in aquaculture research and production, Jim Carlberg is renowned for his work on lobster and striped bass farming. A founder of Aquatic Systems Incorporated,  he has researched more than 100 species, published over 75 scientific papers, presented results at numerous international conferences, and managed over 200 consulting projects in 40 countries. David M. Spada, Treasurer/Secretary       Mr. Spada has been involved with the financial management and operations of Kent SeaTech since 1991, when Kentco Limited Partnership invested in the company, which resulted in tripling its production capability. He is also Executive Vice President and CFO of Kentco Capital Corporation, General Partner of Kentco Limited Partnership. Mr. Spada also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Orval Kent Food Company and spent eight years in financial management and M&A activities with Dean Foods Company. Michael Massingill, Executive Vice President Mr. Massingill joined Kent SeaTech in 1980 after conducting research and graduate studies at the University of California, Davis. He is Executive Vice President of Kent SeaTech and is responsible for fish production for the company. Mr. Massingill also works on a variety of aquaculture research grants and programs at our San Diego and Coachella Valley facilities. Doug Davidson, Vice President/ Sales Marketing    Mr. Davidson joined Kent SeaTech Corporation in May 1992 to manage sales and marketing efforts of the California Farmed Striped Bass® brand, having previously served as Vice President of Sales for Orval Kent. In addition to his management position at Kent SeaTech, Mr. Davidson serves as Vice President of Parco Foods.
