Unlike pond-raised products, Kent SeaTech's circular concrete tanks and
raceway are specifically designed to promote firm-fleshed, flavorful fish without muddy off-flavors. Many functions associated with managing the tanks are automated, from the computer-controlled automatic feeding system to continuous monitoring of water quality. An onsite biologist checks the water quality on a daily basis for maximum quality assurance.
